Our Technique
“So let me get this straight. You are not going to twist, crack or pop me for my adjustment?” You may have seen some pictures on our website or Facebook page, and thought: “What is that tool you’re using? What are the doctors doing? Is that safe?”
The tool is called an integrator.
It’s part of the Torque Release Technique.
And it is very safe! In fact, it’s so safe, babies all the way up to people in their 90’s are able to get adjusted,
pain and discomfort-free.
Let us explain a little further for you.
We specialize in the Torque Release Technique (TRT), one of the most scientifically researched techniques in Chiropractic today. TRT has proven over years of research to get better and faster results. It is, in fact, the only Chiropractic Technique that was developed out of randomized clinical trial, blinded and with placebo control.
“What about that tool you are using?”
That tool is called an Integrator. The Integrator is a torque and recoil release adjusting instrument that combines the best of existing chiropractic techniques and principles, quantum physics and the body/mind connection, creating the first integrated chiropractic system. It reproduces the entire thrust and movement components of TOGGLE RECOIL, the classic Chiropractic Method of adjusting by hand at a speed of 1/10,000th of a second.
“Why is this technique so great?”
The technique is so effective because of its power to correct subluxations.
Spinal Bone Misalignments, causing nerve irritation, are called subluxations.
Subluxations interrupt the brain’s communication with the body. Neurologically-Based Chiropractic Care is centered on correcting Subluxations, restoring the brain’s ability to control and coordinate all body functions. The Torque Release Technique (TRT) addresses the Primary Subluxation, which reduces spinal cord tension and nerve root irritation in a shorter amount of time, with longer lasting effects.

Your First Visit
We know the first time going somewhere new can be stressful. So here at Freedom Chiropractic, we want to take the mystery out of it and show you what we’re all about. Scroll down to learn more about the 2-step process in getting started under care at Freedom!
Arrival and Paperwork
When you first arrive at Freedom, you are greeted and given your paperwork to fill out if you haven’t done so already. This generally takes about 10-15 minutes. We would love for you to fill this out beforehand and submit on our website.
Tour the Office
You will then be given a quick tour of the office so you can get to know us and make yourself at home whenever you are here. Our office is a place where we hope you will feel safe, loved, and cared for. Amenities include a nursing room, changing station, kids play area, and coffee bar. Encouraging you to slow down and reset your day whenever you come to see us!
Consultation
During your consultation, our team will review your paperwork and health goals while also sharing information about nerve interference, what it is, and how principled chiropractic care can facilitate healing in your body. During this time you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Freedom, your health, and chiropractic care.
Assessment
Our thorough assessment will evaluate the location and severity of the nerve interference in your body and will help us know where to get started. The three diagnostic scans are performed with certified NASA technology, are incredibly non-invasive, and involve zero pricking, poking, or prodding.
X-Ray
While they are not always necessary, the final step of your initial visit to the office is to have x-rays. Seeing your structure gives us a better idea of what’s going on with your health and also makes us aware of any limitations for your adjustments. Conveniently located in our office, our x-ray setup is professional, simple, safe, and usually takes about 5 minutes to complete.
New Patient Orientation
Your second visit with us is the important New Patient Orientation. The doctors present more information on your health, our technique, and how they give recommendations. Then, we will review findings from your assessment and x-rays and discuss the doctor’s recommendations for care.
